Alipay and WeChat Pay: read the CNY total
Choose a USD top-up amount within the site's current limits. In automatic mode, RaySMS updates its USD/CNY reference using the European Central Bank's (ECB) daily reference rates. The administrator may add a fee margin to that reference or choose a manually configured settlement rate instead. This daily reference is not a live bank quote and does not promise to match your bank's exchange rate.
The effective rate and CNY payment amount, rounded to two decimal places, are locked when the payment order is created. Later reference updates or administrator changes do not change that existing order. Review the displayed rate, reference date where available, and final checkout amount before paying. For example, 10 USD at 7.20 CNY per USD would be 72.00 CNY; this is an illustration, not a current quote.
USDT: the network matters as much as the address
USDT on TRC20 and USDT on BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain/BSC) are separate payment options, shown when enabled by the site. Select an available option and use the network, address and exact USDT amount displayed for that order. Your sending network must match the checkout; TRC20 and BEP20 must not be interchanged. Do not reuse an address from an earlier checkout. A gateway may use a distinctive fractional amount to match a transfer to an order.
- Confirm that the asset is USDT and that the sending network matches the checkout.
- Check how your wallet or exchange deducts fees so the received amount matches the required amount.
- Send within the checkout's validity period and keep the blockchain transaction hash.
- Stop and seek help if the required network or address is unclear.
A return page is not payment confirmation
After paying, check the payment order and wallet balance in RaySMS. Credit is applied when the payment confirmation is received and validated. Closing the browser, returning from checkout or pressing a refresh button does not independently confirm receipt of funds.
If the order remains pending, compare its ID with your receipt and wait for the payment service's result. Do not pay the same order again to force an update. An expired or unclear checkout should be investigated before you send another transfer.
Keep enough information for reconciliation
For a missing credit, provide the RaySMS payment ID, selected method, USD amount, actual amount paid and payment time. For USDT, also include the network and transaction hash. Never send a wallet recovery phrase, private key, account password or merchant secret.
Payment review may require checking the gateway or blockchain record. A number-order refund returns the eligible purchase charge to the RaySMS wallet; it is distinct from withdrawing a top-up to the original payment method. Review your intended use before adding funds.
